Information for Applicants
Admittance of Foreign Sitizens to MUCTR
The admittance of foreign sitizens, including nationals of the NIS countries, is conducted as follows:
- in accordance with the international agreements on issues related to the line of work carried out by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science;
- through the federal budget;
- in accordance with agreements signed directly between MUCTR and foreign government authorities, embassies, and firms;
- in accordance with the agreements signed between MUCTR and foreign sitizens individually (those with completed high-school education that is equivalent to secondary) complete general or secondary professional education.
Foreigners who don't speak Russian spend a year at a special pre-Universuty training Department where they study Russian language and culture.
University dormitories are located in Tushino district of Moscow within the boundaries of the new D. Mendeleyev campus “Tushino”.
